Employee Support & Development Program
Red Arrow is committed to providing culturally appropriate and highly effective support to our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce across our all sectors.
Support
Liaising with Employment and Support Services and connecting our contractors with support services, training, and leadership opportunities to increase their trade skills and employability.
Network
Providing mentoring and support services to Red Arrow Contractors by providing an ongoing Candidate Care and Aftercare support program.
Mentor
Providing networking opportunities for our Contractors to engage with other Red Arrow Contractors within the workplace to set up an internal Red Arrow ‘buddy system’.

Hand-on Training
Red Arrow’s Traineeship and Mentoring program is a six-month program which supports and upskills our trainees. Providing them with the opportunity to gain real world experience/ hands on training and gain an accredited qualification in the chosen field of interest.
Wide Range of Areas
We strive to provide a strong continuity of care for our trainees and a pathway to successfully transition into various areas of the Workforce. These areas include Structural Planners, Engineers, Draftsperson, HSE Training Advisors.
Office-Based Traineeship & Mentoring Program
Wangkiny Maaraka is Red Arrow’s office-based Traineeship and Mentoring program which aims to support emerging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders in the white-collar space. The goal is to secure long-term employment opportunities with our reputable corporate partners.
